CML Decorators supported Peterborough United Football Club as part of a project to enhance and revitalise their London Road Stadium. Working closely with the client, we developed bespoke designs that enabled our team of decorators to fully demonstrate their expertise, delivering outstanding results.

Incorporating the club’s distinctive blue and white colour palette, our commercial painting team produced clean, striking designs throughout the stadium corridors. In addition, we completed painting works across office spaces, supporter areas, and the training ground. Completed within an eight-week timeframe, this project remains one of our most rewarding and successful to date.

CML Decorators were appointed as part of a project at a newly constructed manufacturing facility. As part of our scope, we completed the finishing of exposed corrugated ceilings using a specialist Rust-Oleum coating system, alongside comprehensive redecoration works to walls and woodwork across all functional areas, including offices and communal spaces.

The project was delivered on time and within budget, utilising a combination of traditional painting techniques and advanced spraying equipment, including our QT290 and HVLP5 sprayers for higher-volume applications.

With a skilled team of 15 craftsmen, our commercial painting division has the capacity and expertise to successfully deliver high-quality finishes on large-scale projects, such as this 2,400m² newly built facility.

CML Decorators undertook a major refurbishment project in the heart of London’s financial district. The building, formerly occupied by a large corporate organisation and several well-known retail brands, required a carefully managed approach to ensure continuity of operations throughout the works.

A key priority of the project was minimising disruption to the day-to-day activities of end users, while consistently maintaining the high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism our clients expect. To achieve this, a significant proportion of the works were completed outside of normal operating hours, enabling retail and office spaces to reopen each morning in a clean and fully operational condition.

The scope of works included a broad range of traditional decorating services, alongside specialist access works at heights of up to 15 metres on internal gallery areas. This project showcased CML Decorators extensive technical capability, access expertise, and commitment to delivering complex refurbishment projects to the highest standard.

CML Decorators successfully delivered a ceiling refurbishment project at this prestigious location, encompassing over half a million square feet of prime office space for a leading global bank. The project was carried out over a three-year period, during which consistently excellent results were achieved.

The ceilings are acoustically rated, feature a curved design, and contain minute perforations that must remain unobstructed by paint build-up. As the offices remain live and fully occupied, all works are completed during evenings and weekends to ensure zero disruption to the end client.

In addition to delivering a flawless finish, we place significant emphasis on comprehensive protection and meticulous cleaning prior to occupants returning to their workspaces.

CML Decorators successfully delivered the decoration package for this conversion project, which involved transforming a former banking headquarters into 96 high-end apartments.

As part of the scope of works, our commercial painting team also completed the painting of all internal and external UPVC window frames, changing the colour from red to grey.

CML Decorators successfully delivered the redecoration of extensive areas within Banbury General Hospital during the 2020–2021 pandemic.

Our specialist painting contractors undertook the preparation and application of anti-bacterial, washable coatings to walls and ceilings, enhancing hygiene standards across hospital wards and communal spaces to provide a safer environment for both staff and patients.

We mobilised at short notice, deploying a large team working away from home to meet the stringent operational and programme requirements set by the client.

Services: Specialist Protective Steel Coating

CML Decorators were engaged as part of a two-year upgrade project to a multi-storey car park.

Following comprehensive surface preparation, including grinding to remove loose mill scale, corrosion, and other contaminants, our specialist painting contractors applied a durable three-coat protective system to the structural steelwork.

The coating system comprised an MIO base coat, an epoxy intermediate coat, and a polyurethane topcoat, providing long-term protection and extending the service life of the structure.

All specialist coating works were undertaken during evenings and weekends to avoid disruption and ensure the continued availability of critical parking facilities for NHS frontline staff.
